LPC Southeast Selected to Lease and Manage Office Complex in Alpharetta, Georgia
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been selected to oversee leasing and property management for The Park at Windward Concourse, a 202,232-square-foot, two-building office park in Alpharetta, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus, Seabie Hickson and Michael Howell will handle leasing on behalf of the owner, CAMCO Investment Group, which recently acquired the property. Lincoln’s Senior Vice President of Management Services Shane Froman will supervise management, along with Senior Portfolio Manager – Office Lead Stacy Abbate and Senior Portfolio Manager Anita Scarborough.
“As employers continue to see the benefits of locating within a suburban setting with high-quality residential options, strong talent pools and easy access to the rest of metro Atlanta, The Park at Windward Concourse has all the characteristics of a modern and open work setting employees crave, with the advantage of an Alpharetta location,” said Fergus. “Following CAMCO’s recent acquisition of the property, we are looking forward to working closely with their team to further position the office complex as a leading work environment to successfully attract top-tier tenants.”
Located at 1720 and 1725 Windward Concourse, available spaces at the office park range in size from 2,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet of space. On-site amenities include a fitness center complete with locker rooms and showers, extensive outdoor seating and landscaping, conference and training facilities, free parking and 24/7 security video surveillance with key-card access. In addition to several on-site offerings, The Park at Windward Concourse offers proximity to several surrounding restaurants, hotels and popular mixed-use developments, including Avalon and Halcyon. The park will soon feature direct access to GA-400 via the new McGinnis Ferry interchange – currently in the pre-construction phase – and the $1.8 Billion GA-400 Express Lane upgrades.
“We are pleased to work with CAMCO to create a modern and energizing work environment that will continue to attract new and current tenants for years to come,” said Lincoln’s Senior Vice President Shane Froman.
According to Lincoln’s third quarter research findings, Atlanta absorbed 1,290,463 square feet of office space over the last three months, the first positive absorption quarter since the first quarter of 2020 and the highest overall absorption for a single quarter since Q3 2015.
