24 May 2021

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the property management assignment for a 1,514,040-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Newnan, Georgia. Slated to deliver mid-summer, the industrial development will be home to The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear). Lincoln’s Senior Portfolio Manager – Industrial Lead Kim Steward will oversee management on behalf of the owner, Stonemont Financial Group.

“In response to growing demand for well-connected warehouse and distribution centers across the Southeast, we are prioritizing the expansion of our management portfolio and bolstering relationships with key ownership groups like Stonemont,” said Lincoln’s Senior Vice President of Management Services Shane Froman. “With its immediate proximity to the airport and surrounding transportation routes, the Goodyear warehouse and distribution center will provide the company with an ideal last-mile opportunity in one of the fastest-growing corridors along I-85.”

Located in Newnan, Georgia, the site of the new warehouse and distribution center is situated on approximately 84 acres in the Prologis Orchid Hills Industrial Park, just off I-85. Owned by Stonemont Financial Group, the property is being developed by Prologis with FCL Builders as the construction engineering firm.
