Midtown Plaza earns renewal of its Energy Star certification
Lincoln managed One Midtown Plaza and Two Midtown Plaza have earned renewal of their Energy Star certification from the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Scoring 92 and 91 respectively, the certification comes on the heels of the development’s re-certification last month through the BOMA 360 Performance Building program.
The Energy Star program evaluates buildings based on their efficient use of electricity and success in using energy wisely. The BOMA 360 Performance Program evaluates properties in six major areas including energy management. Midtown Plaza consists of Class A office buildings located at the corner of Peachtree and 17th streets.
