Lincoln Property Company Southeast Arranges Sale of Two-Building Office Complex in Duluth, Georgia

Lincoln Property Company Southeast today announced the sale of 11420 Johns Creek Parkway, a two-building office complex in Duluth, Georgia. Lincoln’s Jeff Henson represented the buyer, Consolidated Sourcing Group, LLC.

The sale consists of two office/flex buildings totaling approximately 25,000 square feet on over four acres of land. Bill Leaphart of NAI represented the seller, Pattillo Enterprises. Consolidated Sourcing Group, LLC will occupy one of the buildings and the seller will remain a tenant in the other building for a period of five years.

Located in Duluth, the two-building complex features a beautifully manicured wooded setting and easy access via light at Highway 141. Both buildings are equipped with fiber and free surface parking. The complex also features concrete lab space, compressed air system and an X-Ray room.
