New Year Brings New Hires and Promotions to Lincoln Property Company Atlanta

To kick off the new year, Lincoln Property Company Atlanta welcomes new hires Lori Ellis and Naomi Hopkins as property manager and assistant property manager, respectively. Lincoln also celebrates John Grozine’s promotion to senior portfolio manager.

As senior portfolio manager, John will continue to grow his portfolio and provide oversight to Lincoln’s office assets. In his new position, John will also take on the management of Lincoln’s retail assets, playing an integral part in Lincoln’s plan to grow its retail platform in 2018.

Lori joins Lincoln as a property manager. Lori brings extensive real estate knowledge to the Lincoln team. Prior to joining Lincoln, she was a district account manager at Divisions Maintenance Group in Atlanta, where she played a key role in establishing corporate accounts, generating new business and fostering relationships with key clients. Lori also worked as a property administrator at Regency Center Corporation in Jacksonville, Florida, where she managed ongoing projects to improve tenant relations, public safety and property image.

Naomi joins the company as an assistant property manager. Before joining the Lincoln team, Naomi worked as a field manager at American Homes 4 Rent, managing field superintendents and field supervisors. Naomi also served as a senior property manager at American Homes 4 Rent and a property manager at Atlantic Property Management, equipping her with extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate property management.
