16 Jan 2017

2017 is off to a fast start at Lincoln Property Company Southeast. We’ve announced one new hire and three executive promotions – and we’re not even to the halfway point of January.

The new hire is David Gay, a Senior Construction Manager who will provide project management oversight within Lincoln Atlanta’s office, industrial and retail portfolio. He brings over 20 years of construction and project management experience to Lincoln and has served in similar capacities with private developers and third party project management firms.

Over his career, David has managed new construction of over 3,000,000+ square feet of projects including office, retail, mixed-use, medical office and religious facilities. In this capacity, he works closely with financing, architects and contractors making sure the client’s needs are met while carefully monitoring the budget, billing and scheduling to ensure quality projects are delivered on time and within budget.

“David has a proven ability to navigate the broad range of skills required to execute vertical development as well as project renovations of existing facilities, designed to create long term value enhancement,” said Tony Bartlett, Senior Vice President for LPC Southeast.

Those promoted include:

  • Chip Sipple to Vice President – Acquisitions/Dispositions. Chip was previously a Senior Analyst assisting in the research, analysis, valuation and negotiation of potential office, retail and industrial acquisition/disposition opportunities in the Southeast. Prior to joining the Lincoln Property Company team, Chip was a Senior Investment Analyst within Prudential Asset Resources, Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s mortgage servicer.

  • Adriana Fader to Director of Marketing. Adriana was previously Marketing Coordinator for the Atlanta office. She is responsible for the marketing efforts of over 70 properties statewide, which includes producing marketing materials for the leasing of 8+ million square feet of office and industrial spaces, and materials for the property management of 12+ million square feet. Previously, Adriana served as a Marketing Project Manager at Stoneridge Group, a political advertising agency based in Alpharetta, Georgia that specializes in print, digital, and social media advertising.

  • Nick Steen to Director of Investment Analytics. Nick previously was a Research Analyst supporting Lincoln’s leasing, marketing, investment sales, management, and development platforms via maintenance and curation of Lincoln’s research and analytics platform. As a researcher, Nick maintains LPC’s commercial databases, which contain records from well over 6,000 lease and sales transactions in the greater Atlanta area, and uses that data to generate a suite of reports that analyze economic fundamentals across all product types.
