Q1 2023 Buckhead Office Submarket Report

The Buckhead office market is beginning to build momentum by recording its second straight quarter of positive absorption at 146,006 square feet. This was the largest amount of absorption recorded this quarter by any submarket in Metro Atlanta. Buckhead vacancy declined again this quarter by 40-basis points leading to a rate of 21.6%. Moreover, sublease vacancy dropped by 70 basis-points in part due to Aldridge Pite’s 28,121 sublet occupancy at Piedmont Center.
