Q1 2023 Central Perimeter Office Submarket Report
Central Perimeter continued to get battered by large block subleases this quarter when Cox Automotive placed 390,410 square feet of space back on the market for sublease. This is
the largest sublease available in Metro Atlanta and sublease availability has now climbed to an all time high of 7.5% for the submarket. Furthermore, Central Perimeter now contains four
of the ten largest subleases available on the market bringing total sublease availability to 2,058,805 square feet. This figure represents 27% of all sublease space on the market.
