Q1 2023 Midtown Office Submarket Report

Midtown Atlanta, largely driven by Class B office space this quarter, recorded 40,573 square feet of positive absorption to start the year. While this absorption doesn’t come close to the status quo of Midtown’s typical figures, it is the second largest amount of absorption (only behind Buckhead) recorded by any submarket in Q1.
