Q1 2023 North Fulton Office Submarket Report

Despite gaining the single largest occupancy this quarter (Bakkt’s 81,298 sf sublease), North Fulton found itself recording negative 19,735 square feet in absorption. This negative absorption was ultimately caused by Verint’s office relocation that consisted of downsizing and shedding roughly 65,000 square feet of space. Nevertheless, this relocation occurred within the submarket proving demand for this area to still be at a healthy level.
