Q1 2023 Northeast Atlanta Industrial Submarket Report

The Northeast Atlanta submarket at 5.1% was the only submarket this quarter to record a decrease (-.1%) in vacancy to start the year. Aside from the 898,118 square feet of positive absorption this quarter, the submarket’s vacancy benefited from a lower than typical amount of deliveries (830,138 sf). Moreover, leasing activity remained on par with 2,753,084 square feet of leases signed this quarter.
