Q1 2023 Northwest Atlanta Industrial Submarket Report

The largest update for Northwest Industrial submarket was the announcement that Qcells, a renewable energy solutions provider, will invest more than $2.5 billion to expand its manufacturing plant. This 500,000 square foot facility boosted leasing activity to 703,000 square feet in Q1. With that being said, the submarket currently suffers the from the largest vacancy in Metro Atlanta at 6.7%.
