favorable position as it notched its fourth straight consecutive quarter at 12,283 square feet. er nearly doubling last quarter, sublease availability declined slightly to 5.8%. This decline was a result of signings by tenants like Procure Advisors at One Overton Park (43,989 sf) and Hanwa Q Cells at The Pavillion Building (10,000 sf).
