Northwest Atlanta remained relatively flat this quarter with just 5,337 square feet of positive absorption. When taking a closer look at absorption, Class A space remains to be in the most
favorable position as it notched its fourth straight consecutive quarter at 12,283 square feet. er nearly doubling last quarter, sublease availability declined slightly to 5.8%. This decline was a result of signings by tenants like Procure Advisors at One Overton Park (43,989 sf) and Hanwa Q Cells at The Pavillion Building (10,000 sf).
