
Q1 2023 West Midtown Office Submarket Report
West Midtown extended its momentum from 2022 into the new year by recording its fifth straight quarter of positive absorption at 101,124 square feet. As a result, vacancy dropped by 290 basis-points to a rate of 22.3%. More particularly Class B office space saw a drop of 480 basis-points. This decline in Class B vacancy can be linked to Anduril’s 40,000 square feet move in at Allied Studios as well as Saras Micro Devices’ 17,706 square feet occupancy at Inland Tract.
