Q2 2022 Central Perimeter Office Submarket Report

Central Perimeter saw positive absorption of 362,004 square feet in Q2 of 2022, the highest single quarter of absorption for the suburban submarket since 2012. There were multiple notable move-ins this quarter: Insight Global occupying 87,408 sf at Twelve24, Industrious taking 38,658 sf at 1 Concourse Pky, and ISSNMT moving into 37,933 at 7840 Roswell Rd. Asking rents have continued to rise in Central Perimeter, with rates rising 1.0% since Q1 and 4.7% over the past year.
