Q2 2022 Northeast Atlanta Office Submarket Report

Northeast Atlanta saw positive absorption of 183,789 square feet in Q2 of 2022. This marks the submarket’s 4th quarter in the past 5 with positive absorption, making Northeast Atlanta the top performing suburban Atlanta submarket during this timeframe. The positive Q2 absorption was driven by several large move-ins, including Trenton Systems occupying 50,000 square feet at 3100 Breckinridge Blvd – Bldg 1200. There is currently over 360,000 square feet available for sublease in Northeast Atlanta, which accounts for 1.9% of the submarket’s inventory.
