Downtown Atlanta has been negatively impacted by corporate relocations due to a combination of economic factors and the
increasing demand for trophy office space. During the first quarter, Truist downsized by approximately 235,000 square feet, while in the second quarter, Deloitte made the decision to move to Midtown. Additionally, CNN revealed their plans to consolidate at the Warner Bros Techwood property by 2024.
