
Q2 2023 North Fulton Office Submarket Report
Following a relatively flat first quarter, North Fulton faced a setback with negative absorption of 155,969 square feet, leading to a 70 basis points increase in the vacancy rate, reaching 23.5%. However, Class B buildings experienced the least impact, with only a 30 basis points rise in vacancy. Notably, the largest lease signed during this period was a renewal by Ernst Young at Lakeview I for 27,048 square feet, aligning with the prevailing trend of major corporations renewing leases but reducing their leased space.
