Q2 2023 Northeast Atlanta Industrial Submarket Report

While the I-85 submarket may win the award for lowest vacancy, the Northeast submarket boasts the largest occupancy gains this quarter. After gaining positive 1,617,522 square feet in Q2, the year-to-date absorption now stands at 2,515,640 square feet. This absorption was backed by two of the largest move ins of the market this quarter, namely Wesco at Gwinnett Progress Center (326,019 sf) and Pacific Global Logistics at North Holland Distribution Center (234,630 sf).
