Q2 2023 Northeast Atlanta Office Submarket Report

Northeast Atlanta recorded its third straight quarter of negative absorption totaling 141,173 square feet bringing year to date figures to 362,515 square feet. As a result of this negative absorption, the vacancy rate has increased by 200 basis points compared to the previous year, reaching 16.2%. However, despite this rise, the current vacancy rate remains lower than the peak rate of 17.4% recorded before the pandemic.
