Q2 2023 Northwest Atlanta Submarket Report

Northwest Atlanta recorded negative 145,752 square feet this quarter driving vacancy to rise 50 basis points to 18.7%. The majority of this negative activity occurred in Class A office space which broke its four-quarter streak of positive absorption this quarter by recording negative 84,764 square feet.
