Q2 2023 Snapfinger/I-20 East Industrial Submarket Report

The Snapfinger/I-20 East submarket bounced back from the negative previous quarter at positive 162,051 square feet. This now brings the year-to-date absorption to negative 123,155. The bulk of occupancy gain this quarter was made up by the 201,406 square foot move in of GPA Logistics at Conyers Logistics Center.
