Q3 2021 Metro Atlanta Office Market Report

The Atlanta office market took a major step on the road to recovery in Q3. Atlanta absorbed 1,290,492 square feet, the largest single-quarter absorption gain since Q3 of 2015. This dropped the overall vacancy rate by 40 basis points (0.4%), the first vacancy decrease in the market since Q2 of 2019, and the largest drop since 2015.
