Q3 2023 Buckhead Office Submarket Report

Despite 22,451 SF of absorption this quarter, vacancy rose by 50 basis points after Garden Hills (165,000 SF) delivered 31% occupied. Looking ahead Buckhead should get a boost in Q4 from delayed move ins such as MARTA (132K SF) & Goldman Sachs (30K SF).
