Q3 2023 Metro Atlanta Office Market Report

The vacancy rate in Metro Atlanta increased by 70 basis points this quarter to 21.7%. This increase was driven by the combination of 649,744 square feet of space being vacated by tenants and the additional 516,549 square feet of vacant space added through new deliveries. Regarding absorption, the suburban market experienced the majority of negative absorption, accounting for approximately 75% of this figure in Q3.
