Q4 2021 Atlanta Office Market Report

The Atlanta office market followed up the best absorption quarter since 2015 in Q3 of 2021 with a second positive quarter in Q4, taking a modest step on the road to recovery. Atlanta absorbed 246,171 square feet in Q4 and has seen the overall vacancy rate fall 20 basis points (0.2%) over the past two quarters – the first decreases since Q2 of 2019.
