Q4 2021 Northeast Office Submarket Report

Northeast Atlanta saw 157,981 square feet of positive absorption in Q4, bringing the year-end 2021 total to a gain of 293,130 square feet. This figure makes Northeast Atlanta the best-performing suburban submarket in Atlanta, and the second-best overall submarket (behind Midtown). The positive Q4 absorption was driven by a number of larger move-ins, including Valmet occupying 26,542 square feet at 3720 Davinci Ct and Synamedia Americas moving into 32,930 square feet at 1715 N Brown Rd.
