Q4 2021 Northwest Atlanta Office Submarket Report
Northwest Atlanta gained 72,575 square feet of absorption in Q4, with the major additions coming among Class B and Class C properties. For 2021 as a whole, Class A properties in Northwest
Atlanta lost 119,210 square feet of absorption, while Class B properties lost 161,200 square feet. The submarket still boasts the lowest vacancy rate amongst Atlanta’s major submarkets at 17.8%. Northwest Atlanta has still seen a rise in vacancy, with a 250 basis point (2.5%) increase over the past year.
