Chris Wakefield is Senior Construction Manager of Lincoln Property Company, responsible for commercial real estate development and construction, project management, and major tenant improvement projects.
Prior to joining the Lincoln Property team, he worked for the general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie. During the time with Brasfield, he was an assistant project manager helping to complete new construction such as the Word of Faith Church’s Epicenter, a large-scale recreational center for the church including bowling alley, rock climbing wall, basketball court, recording studio and meeting space. Also, he worked on renovations such as the interior buildout of the 3630 Ritz Carlton penthouses, 3 of the last spaces to be finished in the Ritz top floors of residential, and Passion City Church, an interior renovation that included adding a second story office space to an existing structure, recording studio and additional meeting space. For the past 18-24 months he was in the Kennesaw office mainly dedicated to estimating the Braves new park in Marietta, which included pricing efforts for the stadium structure, office building, parking decks, and exterior amenity upgrades.
