Diego I. Juncadella is the Vice President for Lincoln Property Company’s operations in South Florida.
Since 2017, he has assisted in identifying investment potential through the research, analysis, valuation and purchase of over a 1.15 million square feet of industrial and office assets and in growing LPC’s property management platform locally. In South Florida he has assisted in taking on over $100MM in new development projects both commercial/industrial as well as multifamily and has been involved in design and project management oversight. Recent development projects include: Miami Axis Park, a 415,000 SF industrial park in Hialeah, FL and Landmark South Phase II, which is 213 units in Doral, FL.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Spring Hill College.
