With over 26 years of commercial real estate experience, Ed Price is responsible for all Property Management Services consisting of approximately 8.0 million square feet of Commercial, Industrial and Retail space in Florida.
Ed is currently a member of BOMA and NFPA. He oversees a management team of approximately 23 employees and is directly responsible for all Property Management quality control programs, budgeting, systems standardization, property level financial reporting and capital projects.
Ed is an experienced receiver in the State of Florida, having worked on over 460,000 square feet of commercial, office and industrial properties statewide.
From 1984 to 1995, Ed was Director of Operations for Lincoln’s Southeast region where he was responsible for the Engineering Operations of approximately 3.2 million square feet of Commercial Office, Industrial and Banking facilities. He was also responsible for implementing standardized preventative maintenance and other quality control programs. During that time, he also implemented standards for energy conservation, safety and building systems maintenance.
