Jessenia Bovell

With over 14 years of experience in real estate, Jessenia Bovell has worked in several sectors of the industry including: Development, Construction, Accounting and Property Management. In 2004, she began her career in real estate while working for a developer who’s primary focus was condo conversions. There, she ultimately transitioned into Residential Property Management, where she was responsible for managing a single investor owned community of over 800 units. In 2010, Mrs. Bovell began working for a commercial real estate developer and was part of the team responsible for the startup of 1450 Brickell, a 600,000 SF, “Class A” Office Building located in Brickell (also known as the first LEED Gold Certified Building in South Florida). It was then that she discovered her passion for commercial real estate and since then, she has also acquired extensive construction and accounting experience.

Currently, Mrs. Bovell manages a portfolio of Industrial space consisting of approximately 1.5 million SF for Lincoln’s South Florida market. Her responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of 13 buildings, maintaining positive tenant relations, financial reporting, overseeing capital and tenant improvement projects, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and vendors. She has also taken an active role in overseeing and managing Lincoln’s South Florida Office as it relates to policies and procedures and accounting compliance. She is driven, loyal, and takes pride in her work.
