As Senior Vice President in Lincoln’s Tampa Bay office, Jon brings 30 years of experience managing complex real estate transactions for office and warehouse space tenants and buyers throughout the United States.
Throughout his career, Jon has employed a broad array of financial tools and strategies, each tailored to the specific needs of his clients, in order to enhance space efficiency and maximize lease savings. Jon has represented clients from a diverse array of industries, including banking, engineering, advertising, technology, R&D and defense contracting with both their immediate real estate requirements as well as the development of long-term real estate strategies.
Jon graduated with honors from the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration and received his Bachelors of Arts in economics from Rutgers University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida since 1993.
