Assistant Property Manager

Maria has experienced many different industries before landing at property management here at Lincoln Property Company. She started as a cashier in New York City where she moved into the fashion industry then into banking and finally property management in 2011. In late 2015 Maria joined Lincoln Property Company as an assistant property manager and has now worked in commercial real estate for eight and half years, from accounting to property management. With this position she has been doing accounts payable- make sure invoices are paid on time,  accounts receivables- make sure all billing adjustments are done, all rents are posted, and she assists with tracking capital projects. This is for 26 buildings for a total of about 2.5 million square feet around South Florida.  In her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball and spending quality time with her family and friends.
