Monique joined Lincoln in September of 2020 as Director of Property Management for South Florida which covers a geographic territory of Broward and Miami Dade Counties acting as Senior Property Manager for the Dolphin Corporate Center office complex.
She has over 15 years of experience and extensive knowledge in many of the Miami Submarkets including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Airport West and Doral.
Monique brings a wealth of experience with her from recently overseeing Downtown Doral a premier town center and vibrant community consisting of Class A Office Buildings, Retail Centers, Commercial Association and vacant land totaling over 1 million square feet. She has a background of developing individual building strategies and goals with multiple ownerships, transitioning building management for new developments and building assignments; and managing all fiscal activities such as monthly reporting, budget preparation and operations analysis. She has worked in all aspects of privately owned and third-party property management for companies such as Codina Partners, Cushman & Wakefield, Hines, and Crescent Real Estate Equities.
Monique’s expertise ranges from preparation and implementation of all owner-required reports (budgets, monthly reports, account receivables) to regular property inspection and tenant visits to ensure the owner is getting the maximum return on their investment through tenant retention and leasing.
Monique is the former Treasurer and a Member of the Board of Directors for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for Miami-Dade.
