Scott Stahley

Mr. Stahley is currently the Regional Partner and Executive Vice President of Lincoln Property Company of Florida, Inc., responsible for all commercial real estate operations throughout the state of Florida, which includes property acquisitions, development, partnership structuring and negotiations, sales, property management and leasing activities.

He is the former Director of Corporate Real Estate for the Walt Disney Company, responsible for all corporate real estate services in the Eastern U.S., Latin America and Canada.  During Mr. Stahley’s career at the Walt Disney Company, he was involved in such diverse development projects as the Contemporary Resort Convention Center and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center, to developing theme parks (Disney’s America), rollout for Disney’s Vacation Club projects to include purchasing an island for the Disney Cruise Line.

Mr. Stahley is also a former Senior Vice President of ZOM Development, Inc., responsible for the design and development of all projects, which included multi-family, office, retail and mixed-use development.  Mr. Stahley expanded ZOM Development, Inc. from a one-project-per-year operation to six (6) projects per year with a focus on in-fill projects in such areas as downtown Orlando, Tampa, and South Beach in Miami.  His development expertise moved the company from a low-rise suburban apartment developer to an urban high-rise luxury mixed-use developer. Mr. Stahley was also a commercial developer with Cabot, Cabot & Forbes spearheading their Southeast U.S. operations, developing office buildings in Maitland and the first two (2) office buildings in the Heathrow / Lake Mary market.

Mr. Stahley has experience in all phases of real estate development and has been active in Central Florida real estate for over twenty (20) years where he has developed over two and a half (2.5) million square feet of commercial space, and more than 8500 residential/hotel units.

Mr. Stahley’s education includes undergraduate schooling from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and graduate schooling from Boston University, and Ball State University in Business Administration and Finance respectively.
