The Lake Destiny Luau Broker Event welcomed guests to enjoy recently completed property upgrades and stunning lake views with Jet Skis, Four Rivers, Cornhole, Yeti Merchandise, and more! The event took place on Sept. 22, 2016 at Lake Destiny Executive Center I, located at 1001 N Lake Destiny Rd. Hosted by Lincoln Property Company and TerraCap Management, this event was definitely one for the books! Guests were escorted on tours that showcased vacancies, as well the upgrades. New property renovations include common area updates such as a new electronic directory and elevator cab advancements. The new lit tenant monument sign, patio furniture, deck, pavers, landscaping, and parking lot asphalt re-top allow the exterior to shine.
Once the tours were complete, guests were entered into a raffle for the chance to win a Yeti Tundra Cooler. Congratulations to our winner from First Capital Property Group Inc., Nick Augello!
Our attendees had a blast mingling in this relaxed atmosphere, while many also took the opportunity to glide through Lake Destiny in brand new 2016 Sea-Doo Jet Skis. The jet skis were provided by Makaio Watersports, who assisted with timing the Jet-Skiers as they made their way around a buoy. This resulted in a friendly competition to see who could achieve the best time. Congratulations to Shellie Davis from Harvard Pacific Property Management!
