Welcome New Hire, Sabrina Altenbach!

Lincoln Property Company is pleased to introduce its newest team member in Atlanta, Sabrina Altenbach. Altenbach will support Leigh Braswell and David Danhof with marketing, office leasing and research.

Altenbach joins Lincoln from Prudential Mortgage Capital where she served as an investment analyst on the portfolio monitoring team. Before Prudential, she worked at Ben Carter Properties where she assisted the office leasing team. Sabrina holds a degree in real estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

According to Braswell, the Lincoln interviewed many candidates for this position and felt Altenbach’s skills and expertise were an ideal fit for Lincoln’s growing business in the Southeast.

“Sabrina’s previous experience in leasing, energetic personality, and top-notch skills in research and financial underwriting really set her apart from other candidates,” said Braswell. “She will be a great addition to our team and we look forward to working with her.”
